Key Holder

If you simply want to be able to play tennis with friends and don't want reduced coaching and access to competitive tennis opportunities you can become a CCTP Key Holder.

For just £40 you can subscribe and have a key for a year (renewing June every year).

As a Key Holder you can then book a court (outside of club and coaching times) and play tennis at our Alexandra Courts with up to 3 other nominated players (these MUST be nominated on your application form)

Please note Key Member status is NOT a CCTP membership and does not give you access discounts on coaching or access the LTA advantage Wimbledon ballot.

All Key holders must agree to the following:

·       Key Holder status is NOT a membership and only permits you access to play tennis as a non-member. 

·       The Key Holder use MUST book all court use via the App.

·   The Key holder MUST always be present for any court booking.

·   The Key Holder can play singles or doubles with any of their 3 named players or CCTP member.

·       The Key Holder is NOT permitted to transfer/ lend the key to any other user (including their nominated named players)

·   The court gates MUST BE LOCKED at all times– even when playing.

·       Court 1 is not available for booking. Its use is restricted to CCTP coaching staff.

·       All players (key Holder and nominated players) must adhere to the CCTP code of conduct – failure to do so will result in any subscription/access etc being revoked/cancelled/terminated.

To become a Key Holder you need to complete this form and follow the instructions to send payment.  We will then be in touch with details on how to book the courts and arrange collection of your key.
