The Ladies Captains, Wendy Storey and Judith Musgrave, organised a Ladies Doubles Tournament which was held on Sunday 30th March at Alexandra Park. All the adult female members and also some guests turned up and a great afternoon of competitive tennis was enjoyed by all. Everyone had to keep their individual score in games and overall Jane Grey won with a total of 18 games.

Jacquie Boden, Fundraising Officer has been busy organising bag-packs in our stores in Cramlington. In February Asda kindly welcomed us and for four hours, we constantly packed bags for the members of the public and raised over £400. Jacquie has since heard from Sainsbury's who have invited us along for a full weekend in August and also offered us the 21st December! What a date! We know you'll all be busy, but it's that time of the year where people out shopping are ALWAYS generous - so we'll be begging for assistance nearer the time!
